What a fantastic stay for the first half of our Honeymoon. We arrived to the Travel lodge half a mile by mistake at first and were worried at what we had booked (dated and run down looking) how pleasantly surprised we were when we were re directed to the Dollywood lane branch. This place was everything we hoped for the first week of our honeymoon, rooms clean and fresh, the bed was so comfy and id love to know where I could purchase those squishy pillows!! Aircon was a godsend and the pool area and shared amenities were always clean. Reception and cleaning staff always friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect, we had a car for exploring the Smokey's, Horse trekking at Smoke mount riding stables, River rat tubing, Walmart only down the road and the Tanger outlet to name a few so the Free parking was a bonus! We were walking distance to the Dixie Stampeede and other shows. We were pleased to learn about the Trolleys during our stay meaning we got to Dollywood for only $3 (Far cheaper than the parking fee) and Gatlinburg for $1 meaning we could both participate in the moonshine tasting. The trolley depot was only a 10/15 min stroll away and via the wonderful 'Old Mill' district which had some lovely stores. There is a petrol station next door which had a very helpful convenience store. Wifi reliable and strong. I can go on forever stating the great things about this place! GREAT GREAT GREAT cant wait to return! thank you for a fabulous stay!!!

We came in for a cheer event for 3 days and at the end of our event we had friends come up to Celebrate Christmas for 3 more days. So we were there a week. I want to give recognition to the lady up front (Im pretty sure her name is Latisha but i didnt write it down but she was there anytime i went to office) who happily met my friend at 4am to check her in and was sure to help us be beside each other too. She's friendly and a pleasure to talk to so wanted to make sure to let yall know I noticed. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff was always smiling too.

We had a very late check in that staff accommodated. All staff was friendly and helpful. Right on the main strip so easy to get to everything. They had a pool and hot tub but we didn't get the chance to use. Rooms were spacious, clean, and didn't smell of smoke of any kind. Heat worked very well. Beds were comfortable, but did squeak with every little movement. Pillows were amazing. Shower was hot and had decent pressure! Housekeeping was great. Parking lot felt safe for our vehicle. Despite being on the main strip the inside of the room was fairly quiet.

The property was very convenient to where we wanted to go. It was easy access to the restaurants we wanted to go to and easy access to Dollywood. Travelodge property was neat, convenient and a great value for a night visit. I admit, until I arrived, I worried that it might not be clean, because of the $45 per night. But I was pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Thank heavens. My favorite was Kesley that checked us in, she was so very kind, helpful and thoughtful! A shout out to her, she was great!

Beth

Great location, affordable, safe, and clean. Very helpful and friendly front desk clerk. Close to Patriot Park and the olde mill area, that was maybe a 10 minute walk down River road. There are restaurants, a gas station, and a grocery store right beside the Travelodge which was nice. Refrigerator and microwave in room.
